Who may use it

MTResume is open to performers of any age. We ask for your date of birth once, when you set up your account, so we can apply the right conventions to your resume. If you are under 18 you can build, export and print exactly as anyone else can, and paid features work the same for you, with one exception: publishing a public web page is limited to performers 18 and older.

Your content is yours

Everything you type or upload (your resume content and headshot) belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it only so the product can work, for example to render and print your resume, or to display a share page you chose to publish.

Acceptable use

Use MTResume for real resumes. Do not impersonate others, publish content you do not have the right to share, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may remove content or close accounts that violate these terms.

Keep your own copy

Export a PDF of anything important. We work hard to keep your data safe, but no online service can promise perfect availability.

No warranty

MTResume is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the service.

Subscriptions and billing

Building a resume and downloading the print-ready PDF are free, and stay free. The free tier keeps one saved resume. Pro is an optional paid subscription that adds unlimited saved resumes, a shareable public page, the headshot back page on your PDF, a library of headshots, and reels attached to individual credits.

• Pro is billed monthly or yearly, whichever you pick. The exact price is shown before you pay, on the checkout page.
• A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the same price, until you cancel it.
• You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops the next charge and keeps Pro working through the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe directly and are never stored on our servers.
• If a renewal payment fails, Pro pauses until the card is updated. Your resume, your PDF and your data are not deleted, and anything you published stays under your control.
• We do not refund the portion of a billing period you have already used. If something went wrong, or you were charged in a way you did not expect, email us and we will sort it out.
• If the price changes, the change applies from your next billing period and we will tell you before it takes effect.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will note the new date at the top of this page. Continuing to use MTResume after a change means you accept the updated terms.
